The ACM-III density auto control system has been proven and widely used for both onshore and offshore applications since 2006, its precise control of density and robust service in harsh environment has created tremendous value for our customers. The ACM-III mixing unit is used in all SERVA SJS cementing units (including skid-, truck- and trailer-mounted versions) and is also applicable for replacement or modification of your existing cementing units. The mixing unit is basically comprised of a mixing system with a density auto control logic. The mixing system includes a mixing tank, an agitator, a HEMI injector, a mix water centrifugal pump, a recirculating centrifugal pump and a piping system. The density auto control system includes a computer, an ACM software, a densitometer, a flowmeter magnetic valve and an encoder.

Patented high-energy mixing (HEMI) technology. The cement slurry passes the HEMI mixer to the centrifugal pump for multiple recirculation and to the agitator for mixing to guarantee a stable quality of cement slurry.
Advanced density auto control technology provides automatic adjustment and control of any set slurry density in the available range.
The mix water jet pump can be SERVA SCP 3×2 or SERVA SCP 4×3 centrifugal pump; the recirculating pump is SERVA SCP 6×5 centrifugal pump.
A new style dry cement metering valve is used to effectively prevent jamming.
A 3” non-radioactive densitometer is used for safety and reliability.
Easy to upgrade to ACM-IV system to include more functions.
